All estimates provided by A#1 SGS — whether in person, by phone, or in writing — are free of charge and carry no obligation. Estimates are based on conditions observed or described at the time of assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified in writing.
Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen structural issues (such as rotted fascia or damaged substrate) are discovered during installation.
No work will begin without your explicit authorization. Authorization may be given verbally, in writing, or by signature on a work order or contract.
Payment terms are established at the time of job agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions warrants all labor and installation workmanship against defects for a period specified in your written service agreement. In the absence of a written agreement specifying otherwise, a standard one-year workmanship warranty applies from the date of completion.
Manufacturer warranties on materials (aluminum, copper, gutter guards, etc.) are passed through to the customer where applicable. We do not extend additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's terms for materials themselves.

A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions operates as a licensed, insured, and bonded contractor in the State of Florida. Proof of insurance is available upon request. We comply with all applicable state and local licensing requirements for the services we provide.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Hillsborough County, Florida.
